We had the pleasure of having Kristiana from Alaris Fitness join us for the 9am class today and she gave us instruction on proper kettlebell swing and snatch technique. 30 Feet out and back + 10 air squats

• 30 Box Jumps 24/20″
• 30 Wall Balls
