Yoga is an excellent complement to CrossFit’s high-intensity workouts. Restorative yoga movements can help increase flexibility, aid in recovery, build breath awareness, and strengthen the mind-body connection; these are skills that help us rise to challenges in the gym. In addition to supporting our fitness goals, yoga also helps us realize our full potential by taking the time to turn our attention inward and quiet our minds.

I joined CrossFit Santa Barbara in May of 2016 and I am grateful for all the wonderful people in this community. I look forward to sharing my restorative yoga practice with you!
