Chris was a competitive swimmer for 13 years when he turned to CrossFit as a supplemental strengthening tool. With the goal of improving his swimming, while using functional movements, he fell in love with the philosophy and the benefits of CrossFit. He quickly made the decision to pursue CrossFit competitively instead of swimming. He made it a point to relentlessly seek more information as he educated himself on this new form of training. Not only for his own athletic endeavors but to help educate others.

Chris has been coaching CrossFit since 2013, with the goal of inspiring and teaching others how CrossFit can be used as a tool to help improve their own health and wellness.
